All power to the production Good packaging meets the demands from the production facility. It slides easily through and ensures healthy economy of the total manufacturing process.
All power to the buyer The buyer’s opinion is important throughout the process. He works as co-ordinator during the development and should make sure that all wishes are reconciled. Therefore, it is important to have one contact and one supplier that handles development of samples and ensures cooperation among the implicated suppliers.
All power to distribution The product must arrive to the shop in good shape and without any damage. Therefore, all parts of the distribution should be consulted: Storage, distribution method, disposal etc. This is important for a good reception from shops as well as consumers.
